Priya Agrawal.
Priya has over 2 decades of experience in the development sector, spent largely leading organisations that work with adolescents on helping them develop skills and competencies that are valued in the workplace. Priya founded Antarang Foundation in 2013, to focus on providing career awareness and career readiness and bridging the gap between education and employability. Priya holds a post-graduation in Management from SP Jain Institute of Management and Research and a Bachelor' in Biological Sciences. She is an Ashoka Fellow and an ASPiRE Fellow.
Ajay Kelkar
Ajay is a seasoned Entrepreneurial business leader, strategic thinker, and Leadership coach with over 30 years of experience spanning large corporates and start-up ventures. Ajay has been in CXO positions in prestigious organisations such as HDFC Bank and Shoppers Stop. Ajay also co-founded Hansa Cequity, a renowned customer marketing solutions company. As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Ajay combines his extensive expertise with a deep understanding of human behaviour and organisational dynamics to help leaders and teams enhance their capabilities. Currently serving as a Partner at Reflexion, a prominent leadership consulting firm, Ajay leverages coaching and behavioural science to enable organisations to maximise their leadership potential and cultivate high-performance teams.
Anuj Gandhi
Anuj is the Founder of Plug and Play Entertainment P Ltd, a cutting-edge Media Tech Start-up revolutionising the Connected TV experience across various devices, mobile platforms, and the web. With an impressive background in the media industry, he led the content monetisation team at IndiaCast, a joint venture between TV18 and Viacom. He was involved with Reliance Jio, spearheading the acquisition of all Jio video and audio apps. His leadership roles at Den Networks and Set Discovery have further solidified his reputation as a forward-thinking and dynamic professional. Anuj holds a graduate degree from the prestigious SP Jain Institute of Management.
Vivek Talwar
Vivek is the Founder-Director of Chrysalis, a Goa-based consulting organisation that works in the areas of envisioning, sustainability, business excellence and organisational Culture. Until March 2018, Vivek was the Chief Culture Officer and Chief Sustainability Officer of Tata Power. He is currently a Consultant to Tata Sons working for Tata Business Excellence Group and part of the think tank that steers Affirmative Action in the Tata Group. He also serves on other nonprofit boards – including Antarang Foundation, a Mumbai-based organisation that creates career opportunities for disadvantaged urban, and the Yara India Trust, a corporate CSR body focused on development programs for the rural hinterland of North India. He is also on the Advisory Council of the Tata Centre of Excellence on Coastal and Marine Biodiversity Conservation.
Amita Chauhan
Amita has more than 25 years of experience working with non-profit organisations, including 8 years at GiveIndia, with an emphasis on communications. Apart from serving on Antarang’s Advisory Council, she is also the Communications Team Leader at St Jude India Childcare Centres, and she is a member of Social Venture Partners. Currently, she works on helping individuals plan their philanthropic giving in a way that is enriching, rewarding and fulfilling to them.
Archana Chandra
Archana presently serves as Board Member & CEO of Jai Vakeel Foundation, one of the largest NGOs serving those impacted by mental challenges. She is a Trustee of SRCC, which is building the largest hospital dedicated to children in the country. She is also a member of the Advisory Board of Annamrita (part of the ISKCON Food Relief Foundation) and Antarang Foundation. Prior to her current positions, she worked in various marketing, PR, and HR roles at The Akanksha Foundation, Informix (a division of IBM), and Bennett & Coleman.
Alka Nalavadi
Alka is a corporate lawyer and specialises in mergers & acquisitions. In her 29-year career, Alka has worked on several complex cross-border M&A transactions. Today she is a partner at AZB & Partners – a prominent law firm in India. Alka completed her Bachelor of Law from the University of Delhi in 1995. She also holds a master’s in economics from the Delhi School of Economics, and a Bachelor in Economics from Hindu College, University of Delhi.
Rizwan Koita
Rizwan Koita is the co-founder of CitiusTech since 2005, and led the company as its CEO for 16 years (till Oct 2021). CitiusTech is a global leader in healthcare technology with deep expertise in product engineering, data management, analytics and data science. Prior to CitiusTech, Rizwan was the co-founder & CEO of TransWorks (now Concentrix). Founded in 1999, TransWorks was one of the first BPO organisations in India. Prior to TransWorks, Rizwan was a management consultant with McKinsey & Co. Rizwan is actively associated with multiple social initiatives. Rizwan received TiE's Hall of Fame Award in 2022 and IIT Bombay's Distinguished Alumni Award (DAA) in 2019. Rizwan won the EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2013 and the Young Achievers Award for Business 2002 of the Indo-American Society. Rizwan has a bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Bombay & a Master's Degree in EE/Computer Science from MIT – ranked at the top in both programs.

The Youth Advisory Board is established to ensure Antarang is for the youth, by the youth, of the youth.
They guide Antarang's program strategy, providing valuable insights and ensuring alignment with youth needs.
