The Associate, Alumni Engagement will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong connection with Antarang Foundation’s alumni network. Role Overview
Key Responsibilities :
The Associate Training and Quality supports the central and state team for the quality management for a smooth management of the entire facilitator life cycle to ensure Antarang’s program goals are met. The role includes supporting and engaging facilitators by becoming a mentor and guide to the facilitators so that they excel in their role.
1. Central Roles and their Responsibilities :
  • Contribute to the design of training and program quality strategy (E.g. Training Strategy &Execution, Annual Training Calendar, Training Framework)
  • Support curriculum and training design with research inputs (Design of Training Materials & Tools, explore frameworks)

Role Overview

The Manager – Finance and Accounts is responsible for end-to-end financial accounting and control, including management of finance operations, audit coordination, and donor financial reporting, while ensuring compliance with organisational policies and statutory regulations. The role supports accurate financial reporting, effective internal controls, and achievement of organisational financial objectives through strong stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities :
1. Accounting and Bookkeeping :
  • Review and authorise the accounting transactions on Tally/ERP System
  • Review and authorise all GL creation in Tally/ERP and ensure the vendor document repository is maintained in Tally/ERP
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable and vendor reconciliations
  • Maintain general ledgers, journal entries, and expense provisions
  • Review the vendor/consultants’ invoices and supporting documents and ensure accuracy and adherence to organisational policies.

The State Anchor is responsible for designing curriculum and content, and ensuring the smooth management of the entire facilitator life cycle to ensure Antarang’s program goals are met and students make informed transitions into careers of choice

Key Responsibilities :

1. Develop and Implement Training :

  • Develop and implement an effective training coordination strategy for each training across multiple stakeholders- internal and government stakeholders

About Program Operations and Logistics Sub-vertical

Antarang Foundation runs 2 programs :

1) Career Aware with students of Municipal schools and Low income private schools studying in 9th and 10th standard across Mumbai, Pune, Udaipur and Goa.

2) Career Ready with students of Low income private Junior colleges studying in 11th and 12th standard across our five geographies. The role of Program Operations and Logistics Sub-vertical is to provide end to end support to the facilitators and partner schools/colleges to be able to deliver the program with the required quality. From orienting the schools/colleges at the start of the year, distributing the books/materials to them, allocation of facilitators, to ensure data comes back on a timely basis and gets scanned and uploaded on to our systems, we do it all.

Position Overview :

Antarang Foundation builds key employability skills in disadvantaged youth in urban low-income settlements. Through two structured programs, Antarang guides students on career choice, trains them in core employability skills, and connects them to employment opportunities of their choice.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Data Collection:
    • Field level valid and accurate data collection, including student details, obtaining consent, and conducting interviews for surveys and research studies, either through telephonic surveys or in person.
    • Timely and accurate data entry in digital forms with Tabs/Smartphone and submission.
    • Any other field-level quantitative or qualitative data collection as required.
    • Referrals of appropriate cases.
    • Coordination with Alumni, program and operation teams during data collection with respective programs.
  • Documentation
    • Investigators should maintain daily documentation of the surveys they conduct in Google sheet formats.
    • Maintain a Conduct Sheet and Tracking Sheet for all surveys undertaken in Google sheet format.
    • Preparation of summary report after each research survey.
  • Other General Responsibilities:
    • Contribute to organizational-level work and events.
    • ○ Ensure adherence to Antarang Foundation (AF) values, policies and guidelines.
Management and Reporting:
  • Report daily to the Research Supervisor.
  • Report monthly to the M&E team.
Profile Requisites:
  • Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th or equivalent.
  • Able to conduct in person and telephonic interviews.
  • Two or more years of work experience in field-level data collection or data entry.
  • Command over reading, writing and speaking – based on location of posting:
    • Mumbai-based (covering survey of Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Goa & Haryana): Hindi & Marathi
    • Nagaland-based (covering survey of Nagaland): English & Nagamese
  • Readiness to travel across various project sites of AF.

About the Organization:

The Youth Engagement and Participant Experience Lead is responsible for ensuring that young people remain at the centre of Art × Evidence throughout their journey – from outreach and onboarding to participation, creative engagement, and continued involvement beyond the showcase. As the primary bridge between participants and the project team, this role ensures that the voices, experiences, and needs of young people are consistently represented in programme planning and implementation.

Beyond participant coordination, this role brings expertise in working with young people, helping shape engagement approaches that are relevant, inclusive, and responsive to their realities. The role serves as the project’s pulse on participant experience, ensuring that Art × Evidence remains grounded in the lives of the young people it seeks to serve.

Responsibilities:

1. Participant Outreach & Mobilisation

  • Develop and implement participant mobilisation plans in line with the overall engagement strategy.
  • Mobilise participants through Antarang’s alumni network and other identified youth ecosystems.
  • Support outreach to new participant groups as identified by the Project Coordinator and Steering Group.

2. Participant Engagement & Experience

  • Design and execute participant engagement activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for participants before, during and after programme activities.
  • Build trust and maintain consistent communication with participants to encourage sustained engagement
  • Ensure participants clearly understand the purpose, opportunities and expectations of Art × Evidence

3. Participant Advocacy

  • Represent participant perspectives within the project team.
  • Provide insights into youth behaviour, motivations and barriers that inform programme design and decision-making.
  • Advise the Project Coordinator on the practicality and effectiveness of participant engagement strategies.

4. Community Building

  • Foster an inclusive, safe and supportive participant community.
  • Encourage peer learning and collaboration among participants.
  • Support long-term engagement beyond the Mumbai edition, contributing to the growth of the Art × Evidence movement.

5. Participant Data & Feedback

  • Maintain participant records and engagement trackers.
  • Monitor participation, retention and engagement levels.
  • Gather participant feedback and share insights with the Project Coordinator and relevant work streams to improve programme delivery.

THE PROFILE

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Assistant Manager, Research to manage the execution of high-quality research studies and publications. The role involves overseeing research design, ensuring rigorous data collection and analysis, guiding the research team, and ensuring timely and impactful dissemination of findings.

The role will use both qualitative and quantitative methods to generate insights that inform policy, programs, evidence building, and strategic decisions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Set up and institutionalise research systems, processes, within the organization
  • Manage research initiatives from conceptualization to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and ethical standards.
  • Lead and build Antarang’s research function, including managing internal or external research resources. providing technical guidance, mentorship, and oversight.
  • Design, plan, and implement research studies across diverse thematic areas.

  • Perform statistical, predictive, and longitudinal analyses to track trends and program outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
  • Master’s / MPhil in Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in research, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Proven experience in designing and conducting both qualitative and quantitative research.

THE PROFILE

Antarang Foundation is seeking a senior Data Systems & Monitoring Consultant to lead the strengthening of data integrity, monitoring systems, and organizational use of data. This role will drive the design and institutionalisation of robust data systems, enabling real-time decision-making, improving program quality, and strengthening outcome tracking across states.

The consultant will work closely with program, Training & Quality, and leadership teams to build a scalable, high-quality data ecosystem that supports Antarang’s strategic goals.

This is a consultant role for an initial 9-11-month period, with the possibility of conversion to a full-time role based on performance and organisational needs.Antarang’s monitoring and evaluation unit will report to this role

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Monitoring & Evaluation System Management

  • Design and implement monitoring frameworks, indicators, and data collection systems for programs.
  • Develop logical frameworks (LFA), results frameworks, and monitoring plans.
  • Ensure consistent tracking of program indicators and outputs across all locations.
  • Monitor program performance and ensure timely reporting of key metrics.

2. Data Management & Analysis

  • Oversee data collection, data validation, and data quality assurance processes.
  • Manage program databases, dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to generate insights.
  • Prepare periodic reports, dashboards, and data summaries for leadership and stakeholders

3. Impact Evaluation & Research

  • Design and support baseline, midline, and endline studies.
  • Conduct pilots and impact assessments.
  • Coordinate surveys, field data collection, and research studies.
  • Generate research insights that inform program strategy and improvements.

4. Learning & Program Improvement

  • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for program teams.
  • Facilitate learning sessions with program staff based on evaluation findings.
  • Support program teams in strengthening implementation using evidence and insights.
  • Document best practices, case studies, and program learning.

5. Dashboard & Reporting Systems

  • Develop and maintain dashboards for program monitoring.
  • Work with technical teams to build data visualization systems (Google Data Studio, Power BI, Python dashboards, etc.).
  • Ensure real-time or periodic program tracking through automated dashboards.
  • Support reporting requirements for donors, partners, and internal leadership

6. Stakeholder Coordination

  • Collaborate with different verticals, state teams, and leadership.
  • Support reporting for donors and partner organizations.
  • Present insights and findings in meetings and review sessions.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
  • Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Public Policy, Development Studies, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in Monitoring & Evaluation, Research, or Data Analysis.
  • Experience working in education, career guidance, or development sector programs is preferred.
  • Expertise in statistical tools and software such as R, Python, SQL, and STATA.
  • Proven experience in designing and scaling data systems in complex program environments
  • Demonstrated ability to work across teams and influence stakeholders
  • Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability
