The Antarang Model for Enabling Systems Adoption

Enabling a sustainable, scalable solution for Career Education for youth across India.

Our three-pronged approach—’I Do, We Do, You Do’—ensures systemic, scalable, and sustainable career guidance solutions, making an impact at both the student and ecosystem levels.
Model Districts
(I DO)
Model Districts
(I DO)

Direct implementation by Antarang facilitators in government schools.

Model Districts serve as centres of excellence for career education, demonstrating the potential of effective interventions. These districts act as a proof of concept for scaling solutions across the state.

Ecosystem Building
(WE DO)
Ecosystem Building
(WE DO)

We facilitate the creation of career readiness ecosystems with the public high school at the centre –
mainstreaming career education in the high school curriculum by collaborating with state governments and bringing together the school system, local industry, parent communities, and peer role models to ensure that no student is left out – and every young adult is in a career pathway of choice.

By co-creating resources and building local capacity, we enable informed and aspirational school-to-work transition for youth.

Systems Change
(YOU DO)
Systems Change
(YOU DO)

Building government capacity to independently deliver career education programs.

Career Education is embedded into state systems, ensuring its sustainability and scalability. By working with governments, we advocate for career guidance policies, curriculum integration, and dedicated budgets to create long-term impact.
