The Associate Training and Quality supports the central and state team for the quality management for a smooth management of the entire facilitator life cycle to ensure Antarang’s program goals are met. Key Responsibilities :
1. Quality Program Implementation
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of career guidance programs across assigned locations.
  • Ensure timely, complete, and quality session delivery resulting in improved student outcomes.
  • Support facilitators through regular check-ins, performance tracking, and troubleshooting on- ground challenges.
  • Ensure timely availability and distribution of program materials to all partner schools.
  • Track program targets, session schedules, and delivery through dashboards and trackers.
  • Collaborate with Training, Operations, and Data teams to plan and monitor program progress.
  • Provide timely reports and flag risks or support needs to the team.
2. Stakeholder Partnerships
  • Act as the key representative of Antarang to government officials across Pune and Dharashiv districts.
  • Liaise with relevant departments (e.g., Education, Municipal Corporations) to schedule and coordinate meetings.
  • Organize and facilitate district-level stakeholder meetings to drive the long-term integration of career education into school systems.
  • Build and nurture institutional relationships to support systemic adoption of Antarang’s programs.
  • Work with schools and industry partners to co-create a bespoke school-to-work ecosystem in Pune, where they are equal owners of the model.
3. Communication and Documentation
  • Develop communication materials tailored to various stakeholders.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of meetings, minutes, action points, and summaries.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to queries from government and partner representatives.
4. Planning and Reporting
  • Develop strategic and time-bound implementation and engagement plans aligned with Antarang’s vision.
  • Track progress and adapt strategies based on insights and field-level feedback.
  • Regularly report key insights, risks, and successes to internal teams.
5. Teambuilding and Culture
  • Collaborate with internal teams to foster a culture of inclusive decision-making and mutual respect.

Profile Requisites
  • Graduate with minimum 5+ years of experience in program implementation, preferably in education, youth development, or the nonprofit sector.
  • Experience in managing large teams, facilitators, or volunteers is a strong advantage.
  • Prior exposure to engaging with government systems or schools is highly preferred.
  • Fluent in Marathi and English — essential for deep community and stakeholder engagement in Pune.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Pune and Dharashiv (non-negotiable).
  • Ability to work flexible hours based on stakeholder schedules.

Role Overview

The Manager – Finance and Accounts is responsible for end-to-end financial accounting and control, including management of finance operations, audit coordination, and donor financial reporting, while ensuring compliance with organisational policies and statutory regulations. The role supports accurate financial reporting, effective internal controls, and achievement of organisational financial objectives through strong stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities :
1. Accounting and Bookkeeping :
  • Review and authorise the accounting transactions on Tally/ERP System
  • Review and authorise all GL creation in Tally/ERP and ensure the vendor document repository is maintained in Tally/ERP
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable and vendor reconciliations
  • Maintain general ledgers, journal entries, and expense provisions
  • Review the vendor/consultants’ invoices and supporting documents and ensure accuracy and adherence to organisational policies.
  • Ensure cost centre and Donor allocations based on the Donor details provided by the Donor Finance Team
  • Support and guide the Team on regular accounting operations (TDS, PF, ESIC and PT, etc)
  • Maintain end-to-end Payroll Management
  • Support in Tech integration to the accounting software’s/ERP/Tally.
2. Audit Coordination :
  • Prepare and maintain audit schedules (Internal, Statutory audits)
  • Support internal and statutory audits by providing necessary schedules and reconciliations
  • Coordinate with auditors and ensure the availability of necessary documentation and information
  • Address audit queries and ensure compliance with audit recommendations
  • Ensure Donor compliance as specified by the Donor Finance Team
3. Budgeting and Finance MIS :
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and monthly Finance MIS reports
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights for decision-making
  • Assist in cash flow management and forecasting to ensure financial stability
  • Provide financial data and insights to management for decision-making. Coordination & Process Improvement
  • Liaise with internal teams on Expenses projections and provide Input to Functional Leadership
  • Support the preparation of organisational budgets and location/project-specific budgets
  • Provide recommendations for effective budget utilisation
  • Ensure all accruals, prepaid expenses, and adjustments are accounted for.
4. Compliance and Regulatory Reporting :
  • Ensure timely compliance with PF, EISC, PT, GST, Charity Commissioner and TDS statutory requirements and adherence to tax-applicable regulations and coordinate with consultants for filings
  • Support in Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA) compliance and filings
  • Ensure proper documentation for all financial and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain documentation for audit and compliance reviews
  • Management of organisations’ Compliance calendar.
Profile Requisites
  • MBA in Finance, CA (Inter), Master’s in Commerce or equivalent
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Finance and accounts operations (Working experience in NGO preferred), Cost centre accounting, and strong working knowledge of statutory compliance
  • Attention to detail, strong Communication skills and problem-solving skills
Technical Skills
  • Advanced Excel (Must) and familiar with MS Office software

Role Overview
This role is central to strengthening Antarang’s school-to-work transitions through career curriculum design and systemic integration. The Specialist will lead contextualized curriculum development and work closely with SCERT and government stakeholders to mainstream career education across the state.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Curriculum Design & Implementation :
  • Collaborate with partners, government bodies, and internal teams to design and contextualize career readiness content.
  • Align school-to-work transition programs with national and global best practices.
  • Facilitate training for internal teams, partners, and government officials on curriculum and career programs.
  • Translate and adapt all curriculum content and materials into Marathi for contextual use.
  • Analyze program outcomes and use data to improve stakeholder support and content quality.
  • Conduct school/training visits to gather feedback and evaluate curriculum effectiveness.
2. Government Stakeholder Engagement & Advocacy :
  • Advocate for integrating career development in the mainstream education system through strong partnerships with government and NGO stakeholders.

  • Serve as the go-to liaison for SCERT in driving the state’s career education and vocational plans.
  • Regularly meet with government officials, share partnership progress, and align on strategic plans.

Role Overview
The State Anchor is responsible for designing curriculum and content, and ensuring the smooth management of the entire facilitator life cycle to ensure Antarang’s program goals are met and students make informed transitions into careers of choice
Key Responsibilities :
1. Develop and Implement Training :
  • Develop and implement an effective training coordination strategy for each training across multiple stakeholders- internal and government stakeholders
  • Work with internal teams to ensure comprehensive needs analyses are conducted, and all training requirements are effectively planned and fulfilled
  • Implementation of all Training activities in the state, either in person or virtual through direct execution and training other members.
  • Support the hiring of facilitators/ training staff for the projects in close collaboration with the Talent and Culture team
  • Develop and Implement Capacity building of internal and on ground teams.
  • Work with State Trainers across geographies and attend training programs
2. Design workshops, develop training modules and deliver trainings where needed :
  • Design each training to be culturally identifiable to the context; program and for the participants attending the training
  • Design training material, methodology, training guides and reporting templates
  • Deliver trainings that will focus on strong pedagogy and engagement to achieve student outcomes
  • Design evaluation and assessments for trainings
  • The State Trainer will be using the Career Guidance curriculum as a basis for adapting the training curriculum to the project’s needs
2. Reporting :
  • Regularly write and share summary reports highlighting training, lessons learned, challenges, and recommendations including success highlights, feedback from participants, and recommendations for the next training
  • Create a smooth transfer of information between the central and state teams
3. Liaising with Government :
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key government stakeholders to ensure alignment with program objectives and smooth execution of curriculum and training initiatives
  • Coordinate with government departments to facilitate approvals, scheduling, and participation in training
  • Regularly update government officials on program progress, share training reports, and incorporate their feedback for continuous improvement
  • Advocate for the integration of career guidance and training initiatives into the state education framework, ensuring sustainability and long-term impact
The State Trainer may be required to undertake other duties that are broadly in line with the above key duties to enhance Program quality and program design for the State. They will also be managing a team of 1-2 members and will be responsible for their growth and development.
Profile Requisites
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in training
  • Familiarity with local languages
  • Must be based in the geography
