Priya Agrawal

Founder & CEO

Our founder Priya, an SP Jain Institute of Management and Research alumni, carries a heart full of love for her community. She founded Antarang in 2013, and has nurtured it into the blossoming organisation it is today. An Ashoka Fellow and Dasra Social Impact Leadership fellow, Priya brings 25 years of corporate and social welfare experience to our team. In her spare time Priya enjoys photography and reading. Priya, with her kind yet firm attitude, is a driving force for the entire team.

Ajay Kelkar

Ajay has over 25 years corporate experience working with Procter & Gamble, PepsiCo, Shopper’s Stop, and HDFC Bank. Over the last 7 years he has, in partnership with the Hansa group, set up a unique customer marketing company called Hansa Cequity. Ajay is the Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer of Hansa Cequity. And under his guidance the team has built up a strong profitable business based on Analytics & CRM.

Anuj Gandhi

Anuj heads a content monetisation team for traditional & new media platforms at IndiaCast, a JV between TV18 and Viacom. He is also involved with Reliance Jio for acquisition for all Jio video and audio apps. Earlier, Anuj has held leadership positions at Den Networks and Set Discovery. A graduate from SP Jain Institute of Management, Anuj’s other interests include travelling, music, reading and movies.

Vivek Talwar

As Chief Culture Officer and Chief Sustainability Officer at Tata Power, Vivek Talwar drives a multitude of activities including business excellence, customer affection and CSR, and has played a role in the organisational transformation of both Tata Chemicals and Tata Power. Incidentally, Vivek is an Architect by professional qualification. He has trekked extensively in the Himalayas and the Canadian Rockies, and has also traveled to some of the remotest wilderness areas of the world. He is also a wildlife and nature photographer.

Amita Chauhan

Amita has more than 20 years of experience working with non-profit organisations, including 8 years at GiveIndia, with an emphasis on communications. Apart from serving on Antarang’s Advisory Council, she is also the Communications Team Leader at St Jude India Childcare Centres, and she is a member of Social Venture Partners. Currently, she works on helping individuals plan their philanthropic giving in a way that is enriching, rewarding and fulfilling to them.

Archana Chandra

Archana Chandra is a Board Member at the Antarang Foundation, and the Honorary Administrative Director of the Jai Vakeel Foundation and Research Centre. She is a keen philanthropist.

Alka Nalavadi

Alka is a corporate lawyer and specialises in mergers & acquisitions. In her 20-year career, Alka has worked on several complex cross-border M&A transactions. Today she is a partner at AZB & Partners – a prominent law firm in India. Alka completed her Bachelor of Law from the University of Delhi in 1995. She also holds a master’s in economics from the Delhi School of Economics, and a Bachelor in Economics from Hindu College, University of Delhi.

Rizwan Koita

Rizwan Koita is the co-founder & CEO of CitiusTech since 2005. CitiusTech is a global leader in healthcare technology with deep expertise in product engineering, interoperability and analytics. Prior to CitiusTech, Rizwan was the co-founder & CEO of TransWorks (now Minacs). Founded in 1999, TransWorks was one of the first BPO organization in India. Rizwan is the winner of the EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2013 and the Young Achievers Award for Business 2002 by the Indo-American Society.
